People who have struggled to find affirming spaces in traditional recovery housing and need a home where their full identity is honored.
Residents who are ready to return to work, reconnect with family, and build a life — and need a stable foundation to do so.
Individuals referred by hospitals, IOPs, probation officers, SCAs, and community organizations across Central Pennsylvania.
How We Work
Every resident begins with a thorough intake process — assessing their needs, recovery goals, and what level of structure and support will serve them best.
Our phased curfew and accountability system grows with the resident — offering more freedom and independence as they demonstrate stability and growth.
Weekly house meetings, peer support, and a culture of mutual accountability create the connective tissue of a genuine recovery community.
No one leaves Haven unprepared. Discharge planning begins well in advance — connecting residents to housing, employment, and continued community support.
